Going beyond the ordinary Yin experience
Yin is traditionally thought of as a slow, still even, style of yoga. Postures held for a long period of time, primarily focusing on mindfulness and stillness, interwoven with Traditional Chinese Medicine
This class is an invitation to work with your body, to use your body, with everything it is, to accept yourself as you are and find peace connecting to it. Embodied Yin offers a gentle and somatic practice, focusing on the process of self enquiry, discovery and transformation. In turn, deepening your own Yoga journey
